Hublot North America looking for a Vice President of Marketing.POSITION SUMMARYThe Vice President of Marketing will lead all strategic marketing initiatives across Media, P.R, Celebrity Relations & Events for Hublot in the North America Region in accordance with key business objectives. Propose and advance wide portfolio of initiatives to further develop brand image, visibility and relevance in local market amongst identified target client audience. Meet brand revenue growth objectives and contribute to overall corporate profit through a blend of new entrepreneurial ideas as well as support of ongoing corporate initiatives within a clearly defined and structured budget. Lead, engage and empower direct reports. Develop strong peer relationships and lead by example as highly visible member of North America leadership team.Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead and execute North America Marketing & Communication strategies, focusing on topline growth, operating profit & increasing market share of Hublot in North America.• Articulate and quantify target client groups and expand initiatives across brand image, visibility & relevance to accelerate client acquisition• Develop annual marketing calendar to maximize execution of all brand initiatives & product launch programs in local market, in partnership with cross-functional teams in retail, wholesale, Caribbean and merchandising.• Orchestrate relationship with both media and search agencies to align on key initiatives to get maximum return on investment from media spend across both established channels and new vehicles• Spearhead all PR initiatives in local market to hit defined PCO goals across both traditional and digital media• Supervise all brand events ensuring highest standards, from ideation to execution, in line with brand image. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure consistency as well as budget management• Oversee all Celebrity Relations & Influencer initiatives for local market and collaborate closely with global HQ team on all US-based global activations• Build strong working relationship with global HQ Marketing team. Communicate regularly to outline market specific needs, including competition info, local trends, gaps/opportunities in product portfolio• Initiate annual PR/Media/Event budget. Reconcile actual to budget spending monthly to make sure that spending is on target.• Lead and engage direct reports on daily activities to ensure alignment on strategic focus, ideation of entrepreneurial ideas and high level of execution.• Establish and maintain supportive individual and team relationships with cross-functional groups to enhance achievement of objectives.Reports To:President, Hublot North AmericaSupervisionDirect Reports: 2Total Team = 7Qualifications & Skills REQUIRED:• Proven experience in a senior role such as Marketing Director or VP Role• Business/Marketing degree or equivalent of minimum 15 years demonstrated marketing communications experience with focus on digital & social.• Strong leadership and team management soft skills and abilities• Strong commercial marketing sense backed up with detailed consumer insights.• Strategic thinker, a consensus builder and an internal influencer• Comfortable taking calculated risks within a highly entrepreneurial culture, whilst maintaining focus on global brand image and identity• Experience operating within North America luxury market and knowledge of influencing central marketing and product development teams abroad.• Strong client-centric approach in an Omni channel environment• Highly collaborative across functions and demonstrated success in leading teams.• Strong analytical skills, superior presentation skills• 30% local travel
