Together, we empower our clients to be radically proactive about their health, working towards our mission of accelerating the world’s transition to 100+ Living.Purpose of JobHuman Longevity is seeking a driven, early to mid-career Marketing & Design Associate who is passionate about healthcare, holistic wellness, longevity, and the future of humankind. The Associate should be familiar with the longevity space, industry leaders, and companies. The selected candidate will have a passion for brand strategy & visual identity/storytelling.Our marketing department is a small and agile team with ownership over what we do. We have direct influence and impact on our company’s commercial strategy and success, giving our team plenty of opportunities to take the initiative and ownership over implementing innovative ideas, making a measurable impact, and growing careers.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesCreate copy, graphics, and short-form video content for social media, digital ads, and email marketing campaigns to increase conversions and awareness.Monitor our social media inboxes and respond to DMs, comments, etc. to foster community engagement. Set up automated responses in Meta.Manage our social media accounts, including our Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more; maintain a social media calendar and schedule posts 3-5x a week.Set up and maintain segments and email automation flows in Mailchimp.Own the HLI blog. Work with the clinicians to coordinate, collect, and schedule blog posts weekly.Design infographics, slide decks, fact sheets, and other promotional materials.Edit webinar recordings and podcasts for our social media channels.Enforce branding consistency internally and across platforms.Work with the Marketing Analyst, Marketing Director, and Sales Team to create marketing presentations and reports.Work with the Marketing Analyst to develop and support SOPs and documentation infrastructure.Work with the Marketing Director to coordinate webinars, events, collaborations, film & podcast recordings, photoshoots, and more.Assist with scheduling meetings and placing orders for the marketing department.Monitor the Marketing, Partnerships, and Press inboxes.Minimum Qualifications (Must have)Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, design, media arts & science, or related majors preferred.Effective communication skills with a bright personality.Trustworthy, accountable, reliable, and transparent.Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro/Rush, Adobe Express, InDesign, Lightroom, and more. Canva is a plus but not sufficient alone.Experience with social media management, digital marketing, influencer marketing, organic growth, and paid campaigns on digital ad platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.Solid foundation in design principles.Basic video and sound editing skills.Proficiency in Figma + Figjam.Experience with SEO, link building, keywords, viral strategy, and web analytics.Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform.Please send website or portfolio to review in addition to a resume/CV.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with ZoomInfo and Salesforce.UX/UI research & design education and/or experience.Proficiency with Wordpress + Elementor or other Wordpress builder.Photography, videography, motion graphics, sound mixing skills.Web design/coding-CSS, HTML, Javascript, Node.js, etc.Experience in a fast-paced evolving environment.Multilingual is a plus.Working ConditionsOpen clinical environment + office space.Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days in the office (Tues-Thurs).Willing to work outside of normal work hours for special events.Travel between our San Diego and San Francisco offices.Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and bending.Must be able to lift and transport at least 50 pounds.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.Great working conditions and team environment.Equity in the company.Human Longevity, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.DISCLAIMER: The information in this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work.
