Purpose of Job

Human Longevity is seeking a driven, early to mid-career Events & Partnerships Coordinator who is passionate about healthcare, holistic wellness, longevity, and the future of humankind.

Our marketing department is a small and agile team with ownership over what we do. We have direct influence and impact on our company’s commercial strategy and success, giving our team plenty of opportunities to take the initiative and ownership over implementing new ideas, making a measurable impact, and growing careers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Work with the marketing department to ideate, propose, and coordinate weekly webinars, events, collaborations, film & podcast recordings, photoshoots, and more.

Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists/RSVPs, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor and marketing materials.

Assist with photography and videography for our events, webinars, and podcasts.

Assist the Marketing Director in managing corporate, vendor, and influencer partnerships.

Enforce branding consistency internally and across platforms.

Work with the Marketing and Sales Team to create marketing presentations.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and support SOPs and documentation infrastructure.

Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.

Monitor the Marketing, Partnerships, and Press inboxes.

Ensure compliance with legal, insurance, health and safety regulations and troubleshoot any issues that arise during event and shoots.

Onsite support at conferences as needed, booth design and set up.

Other Marketing and sales activities as directed.

Minimum Qualifications (Must have)

Bachelor’s Degree and/or Certification in Marketing, Communication, Event Planning, Public Relations or related fields.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and a bright personality.

Must be trustworthy, accountable, reliable, and transparent.

Diligent self-starter and fast learner.

Must embrace a fast-paced, start-up type environment with the opportunity for impact & growth.

Familiar with the longevity space, top industry leaders, and companies.

Experience with event planning, influencer collaborations, and/or corporate partnerships.

Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management and attention to detail.

Able to meet deadlines and manage a budget.

Basic photography, videography, and/or audio recording skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with EMS, Cvent, or other event management software.

Familiarity with Figma/Figjam, Mailchimp, Google/Meta Ads.

Experience with SEO and keyword optimization.

Basic video, graphic design, and sound editing skills.

Familiarity with Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro/Rush, Adobe Express, InDesign, Lightroom, and/or Canva.

Experience in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Multilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions

Open clinical environment and office space.

Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days in the office (Tues-Thurs) and two days remote unless there is an event scheduled. Attendance at all events is mandatory.

Willing to work outside of normal work hours for special events.

Occasional travel between our San Diego and San Francisco offices.

Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and bending.

Must be able to lift and transport at least 50 pounds.
