In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Plan, organize, and execute internal company meetings, including the global sales meeting, and external Tier 2 and 3 conferences, symposiums, and workshops.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.

Develop and manage meeting budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define meeting objectives, agendas, and content.

Execute on marketing campaign strategies that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and adoption of IDT products

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, relevant Life Sciences discipline, or Marketing Communications.

Minimum three (3) years of marketing/ product/business management in Life Sciences or genomics

Experience in a marketing or sales customer facing role , including planning, developing and executing customer events or marketing tactics, with the ability to communicate effectively, present, analyze and use data to drive improvement and problem solve.

Experience managing marketing projects such as digital campaigns or events with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process.

Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and influencing skills with proven ability to drive and manage initiatives in a matrixed environment. Ability to travel up to 40 %.

Pay transparency language for locations where it may be required by law:

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $70,000-$85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
