Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall marketing management of all lines of Piramal Critical Care's business, including Rest of World (ROW). This includes developing and executing in-line product marketing efforts under the direction and leadership of the VP of Sales and Marketing, NA. This role is located in Bethlehem, PA with two (2) days a week remote. This position will work with the US intrathecal (ITT) sales team, US full line of products (FLP) sales team, ROW market managers, all vendors, and other team members to develop and execute highly effective, results-driven marketing initiatives to maximize product revenues in all Piramal Critical Care business lines.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic ownership of PCC's largest Global productsManages the marketing communication and tools to support the overall FLP, ITT and ROW products, in a time sensitive environment while improving profitabilityAssesses the business and market conditions providing understanding, insights, and needsKeeps up to date on market shares and competitionEnsures all within PCC are updated regularly on changes which influence the businessOversees and tracks execution against key milestones and targetsQuickly develops strong understanding of HCP needs and how they define the current treatment paradigmCreates and obtains approval for an annual comprehensive marketing plan including promotional materials, medical conferences, scientific affairs initiatives, website, email, and digital marketing campaignsResponsible for managing budget and all vendor activities with marketing vendors and those used to create field sales team assets, including but not limited to websites, field promotional assets, speaker's bureau, exhibits and trade showsDevelops marketing programs and initiatives targeted to influence health care providers and treatment facilities including but not limited to field promotional materials, salesforce assets, national and local congress, exhibit presence, and website contentRecommends promotional product strategies ad tactics to engage customers and drives complianceResearches and develops strong understanding of new product launch specifically market, class of trade, market nuances, healthcare provider needs, current treatment paradigm, and drug administration channels applicable to treatmentAnalyzes market opportunities and supports the development of strategies to create a value proposition and competitive positioningDefines areas of improvement and recommendations on activities that should be performed differently in our chosen segment and measure the return on investmentCollaborates with US National Sales, FLP and ITT Field Sales Directors, and ROW Country Managers, to understand market conditions, market support, and assets needed to drive market share growthPartners with management to build a compelling business plan and define the budget required to deliver against the planWorks closely with Legal, Regulatory and Scientific groups to ensure promotional materials meet compliance standardsLeads execution of tactical plan and deliver programs on time and on budgetDevelops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectivenessEnsures quarterly budget management within pre-specified variationsReporting Structure

Education/ Experience

Bachelor's Degree required5+ years of commercial experience, with experience in pharmaceutical product marketingSuccessful pharmaceutical sales experience (sales management a plus)Drug/device combination experienceProven accomplishment of contributing to and identifying a high performing teamAptitude for leading brand strategy and product positioning processSkilled at leading HCP marketing (lifecycle management a plus)Key Competencies
