will lead all planning of paid media to support the national portfolio of Caesars Entertainment properties, including over fifty Caesars locations.

Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.The Director will will oversee an internal team responsible for the planning and execution of traditional and digital marketing activities to support the various properties. The role will be responsible for developing omni-channel media strategies including channels such as display, paid social, branded content, broadcast, out-of-home and print for the enterprise and its affiliated properties. The role will also take lead in measuring the performance of these efforts both in terms of brand and performance marketing KPIs and communicating those performance metrics to the property stakeholders including property GMs and regional presidents. Key collaborative partners will include various property marketing teams, enterprise analytics, creative studio, revenue strategy, public relations, and other key stakeholders as well as agency partners and other third-parties.

The Director will serve as the primary leader across Caesars Entertainment’s brick & mortar marketing efforts, developing bespoke marketing strategies to drive each property’s specific goals, across occupancy, gaming revenue, restaurant openings, and entertainment. The candidate will be responsible for developing a robust testing plan, constantly applying new channels, measuring the impact of those channels on our business KPIs, and reporting results back to property stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

Develop and evolve the strategic media vision for Caesars Entertainment and all the properties within its portfolio.

The role will plan, execute, and optimize both digital and traditional media initiatives that support property occupancy, gaming, visitation, entertainment, and attractions goals.

Evangelize media strategies, recommendations, and results publishing key media presentations that provide easy reference and decision making for stakeholders

Identify ways to increase efficiencies or improve advertising strategies while cultivating new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.

Challenge the status quo, delivering innovative media plans and demonstrating ROI.

Create comprehensive marketing plans for Caesars properties that reflect an understanding of consumer segments, channel mix, and marketing assets and that support quarterly and annual business objectives.

Direct and manage internal resources and third-party media agency(s) in development and approval of media plans and creative assets to drive forward Caesars’ brick and mortar objectives.

Collaborate with all internal stakeholders (Marketing Strategy, Creative Studio, eCommerce, Public Relations, Field Marketing, Finance and Planning, Media Insights, etc.) to deliver strategies and business solutions.

Work with brand director and creative department to define specs and ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.

Develop a testing schedule and measurement methodology for each of our media buys, constantly sharpening our understanding of the value of each respective media channel in a particular market.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 8-10 years of proven media planning or buying experience from an agency or in-house media organization.

Hands-on experience with relevant Local and National TV, Radio, Print and OOH planning and execution.

Experience managing complex, digital and traditional marketing budgets.

Experience in leading and managing internal teams and external agencies both in-person and remotely.

Direct Media Buying and/or Media Buying Management experience preferred.

Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills: ability to deliver thoughtful analysis and necessary updates on complex marketing challenges to a wide array of internal stakeholders.

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities.

A firm understanding of offline media buying metrics (ROI, CPM, CPP, Reach/Frequency).

Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required.

Action-oriented – ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and anticipate consequences.

Energy and enthusiasm for a new challenge, an ability to tackle complex regulatory environment and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, changeable category.
