Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

Whether it's hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers - so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

Why this job's a big deal:

We are seeking a creative Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the continued development and management of our Priceline Agoda accommodations brand in NAM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media and marketing channels, a proven track record of successful GTM campaigns, and demonstrated experience within the B2B marketing & partner ecosystem. Our goal is to grow our presence, reputation and impact in NAM through unique creative, content and campaigns. This role reports to our Senior Director of Hotel Industry Marketing & Communications.

In this role you will get to:Strategy Development:Collaborate with the Senior Director to drive awareness, boost growth, and build reputation & influence across all partner-facing marketing & comms channels.Align strategies with company & team goals, target audience, and market trends; determine optimal channel mix and creative platforms to drive success.Stay ahead of emerging trends, competitive activity, and innovations, infusing insights + data into strategies for future growth

Campaign Planning & Management:Own the NAM partner marketing calendar, collaborating with cross-functional and commercial teams to plan and execute creative, stand-out marketing campaigns aligned with our brand strategy, business objectives and partner needs.Drive the conceptualization of 360 launch plans from strategic brief through execution with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, compelling messaging across all touch pointsConcept, plan, and execute special marketing programs and promotions around key industry moments, partner-facing product launches or enhancements, company announcements etc. to enhance awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Brand & Creative:Be the Priceline Agoda brand steward, ensuring consistency across all platforms and initiatives (inclusive of look & feel, tone, personality etc.)Lead development and ongoing maintenance of brand guidelines; partner with design teams across the organization to optimize and align, as needed.Partner with our Creative Manager to develop, execute, and organize all relevant marketing collateral and content, including sales presentations, one pagers, presentation templates, case studies, landing pages, white papers etc.

Reporting and Analysis:Deliver regular reports on partner marketing performance, establishing KPIs to measure the success of our efforts across all campaigns and channels.Lead post-mortem analysis of campaigns, summarizing and sharing learnings to inform future initiatives and optimize effectiveness.

Who you are:

7-10 years of related experience in marketing. Experience in the travel/ hotel/ accommodations/ B2B space is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldCreative thinker with experience driving innovation and disruptive go-to-market activities through effective storytelling across a wide range of marketing & communications channels (including content marketing, email marketing, PR & events and social media)Effective problem-solver and strategic thinker with an ability to translate complex strategy and messaging goals into compelling marketing that breaks throughA hands-on self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skillsStrong execution, leadership and consensus building/decision making skillsEntrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguityStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trendsOutstanding communication skills: written, verbal, and presentationWillingness to travel 25% of time to meet with commercial teamsIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and TrustThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it is a way of life. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000

Flexible work at Priceline

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
