Job Description:

This is a highly visible role in the Broadband & Wired Voice Product Marketing organization. The Lead Manager-Product Marketing Management will be a key member of the team responsible for the rollup of the $12.7B Broadband and Wired Voice P&L, business case development, scenario planning for uncertainties in the business, P&L initiative forecasting and management.

Key responsibilities include:

P&L Modelling and Detailed Forecasting.

P&L rollup for top line and bottom line 2-5 year trajectory of the Broadband and Wired Voice P&L.

Forecasting deep dives into speed mix, technology mix and network penetration trajectory across the entire Broadband portfolio.

Scenario planning for uncertainties in the business and modelling their financial impact.

Business case development for new product launches by the Broadband and Fiber teams.

Collaboration with partners and team members on inputs, work product and implications of financial and operational analytics and modelling.

Create content and present to Officers regularly on the long-term financial health and momentum of the Broadband P&L.

Initiative Management and Impact Assessment

P&L initiative forecasting and management.

Monitor key indicators and recommend proactive measures in order to meet financial obligations of the business.

Recommendations for P&L improvement in top line and bottom-line aspects of the P&L and engage with Senior Manager partners toward successful execution of initiatives.

Influence through expertise and insight of the overarching Broadband strategy.

Partner cross-functionally with Forecasting, Finance, Pricing and Retention to ensure growth of the P&L and alignment among Executive stakeholders.

Initiative impact, subscriber segmentation, technology and speed mix, and geographical mix of the Broadband base.

Strategic Analysis

Analyzes impact to subscriber growth, OI, NPV and cost of various ideas to ensure balance of the firm’s strategic and financial objectives.

Proactively identifies ARPU growth opportunities and cost saving opportunities for the Broadband Product Marketing to build into its multi-year plans.

Defines and develops tools and frameworks for conducting research and analysis.

Qualifications

Skills Preferred:

4+ years in finance, strategy, or marketing analytics with a demonstrated experience in predictive analytics and advanced modeling techniques.

Understanding of Broadband business to realize triggers, drivers, and outcomes influencing propensity models and valuation.

Experience presenting to C-suite executives demonstrating the ability to communicate technical concepts in an understandable and actionable way.

Strong financial and business acumen with a deep understanding of P&L. Should be able to understand, interpret and drive strategy around metrics in a financial statement.

Strong analytical and operational acumen: Clear understanding of critical KPIs, trend analysis, and

ways to drive for the desired improvements.

Technical acumen and understanding of the various broadband/internet, WiFi, fixed wireless, or voice network technologies.

Bachelor's and Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Analytics, or Marketing preferred.

Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree, MBA preferred.

Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.

Our Lead Product Marketing Managers earn between $143,800 - $215,800 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
