Your new role We are looking for a B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our growing global team. The coordinator is a vendor- and customer-facing position responsible for communication activities for the Overleaf business.

You'll work on and support the Overleaf growth strategy. The primary focus of the job will be to work closely with the Overleaf sales team to support B2B marketing efforts. You will also work with the Digital Science events team to coordinate our exhibits presence.

What you'll be doingWorking closely with the Marketing Director you will support the B2B lead generation marketing plan.

Research targets;Create and set up email marketing campaigns;Monitoring and reporting on campaign results; andCreate relevant collateral.

Work with the Overleaf Sales team and B2C marketing manager to identify exhibit needs, and lead generation targets.Working closely with the Marketing Director you will support the B2B and B2C exhibit efforts.

May travel to various locations as a member of the staff exhibiting.Inventory management and ordering of collateral and other related duties.Evaluate and manage non-exhibit sponsorship opportunities.

What you'll bring to the role

You are deadline-driven and highly organized with strong project management and time management skills;You are highly analytical, and able to take information and condense it into insight;Demonstrated experience working in a deadline-driven environment;Experience with B2B lead generation is nice to have;Whilst you like to be part of a team, you're self-motivated and thrive in an environment which is remote, agile and leads you to deliver results;You're a natural relationship builder and excel in building and growing relationships with both customers and colleagues through your integrity and approach;You are self-motivated and are quick to identify problems and potential solutions;Experience learning new software quickly;Experience processing, utilizing, and analyzing data;You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;You have experience using Asana or another project management tool.You are based in the USA in the EST time zone and are available full time and during our core business hours which are 9am-12 noon EST.Please enter a personal summary or cover letter indicating why you would be great for this role.
