We are looking for an ambitious, talented and self-motivated individual to join the Hart Howerton team. The individual will be working with our Marketing team in NY and SF.The Marketing Coordinator is dual role responsible for both the coordination as well as the production of proposals and marketing materials. This position will work with the Marketing Director, Marketing team and firm leadership to update and develop original written content for the firm's marketing and communication collateral. At an intermediate level, the Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for coordination of awards and the upkeep of both internal and external communication programs. The candidate must have a passion for writing, strong organizational and analytical skills, an understanding and interest in architecture and design, the ability to work on multiple deadlines and is both a team player and self-starter.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport firm wide efforts to reinforce the branding and identity of the company in all marketing collateral and internal and external messaging. This includes (but is not limited to) client proposals/brochures/presentations, posters, digital media platforms, PR materials, digital and printed mailers, information graphics, award submissions and exhibitions.Assist with written marketing content, including firm profiles and history, award submissions, press releases, and project descriptions.Produce exceptional work in appropriate timeframes, manage time efficiently while multi-tasking across different projects and ensure all deadlines are met. The ability to maintain a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment is critical.Possesses and cultivate knowledge of the architecture, design and real estate sector that add value strategically enhances marketing deliverable. Ensure quality control across all efforts involved with marketing.Proposal Coordination and ProductionAssist with winning new business by coordinating the proposal process from qualifications and proposal submission through project award.Production of portfolio/qualifications, proposals, brochures, award submittals.Conduct and synthesize research of potential clients to inform marketing material responses (proposal, presentation, qualifications, etc.)Develop and/or edit firm profiles, approaches and text to support proposal and portfolio/ qualifications.Writing and CommunicationAssist in the development of firm marketing deliverables, compile existing materials and draft original content while identifying appropriate text, concepts and salient points that add value.Work with the Marketing Director and firm leadership to develop written content including press releases, award submissions, general marketing copy, firm profile and project descriptions.Assist with writing, copyediting and publishing digital written content suited to each social media platform and audience while working with the Marketing Director and firm leadership to execute daily social media posts and maintain engagement across platforms.Update Website with news posts and new projects.Maintenance and uploading of information to internal communication systems, including the firm's intranet and image data base (Open Asset).Role QualificationsBachelor's degree coupled with at least 3+ years' experience working at an architecture, design, construction, hospitality, marketing or related consulting firm is preferred.Ability to identify critical messages and unique selling points, and clearly communicate them.
