We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator Affiliate for our Online Activation team.
As a Marketing Coordinator Affiliate, you will be responsible for reviewing lead data, monthly reporting, new partner research and outreach, coverage management, and assisting the Affiliate Manager with quality reviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating important affiliate information and communicating those updates as needed.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and have a working knowledge regarding affiliate partnerships, optimizations and prospecting. The candidate must have a customer service mentality to be successful in this role. The ability to learn new software quickly is also a must.
This is a remote position with travel to Tampa or Dallas metro offices required as business needs dictate for in person meetings.
What You'll Do:Assist affiliate manager with lead quality reviewsMonitor affiliate partners for ad complianceCompletion of all reporting related to affiliate payoutsAffiliate maintenance and quality controlManage and track coverages and communicate changesMonitor/Review inbound call recordings across legal verticalsAssist with affiliate onboarding and setupResearch and screen potential new partnersPerform preliminary screening of new affiliates and schedule introductory callsComplete special projects as assignedWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication is requiredProficiency with Microsoft Excel is requiredAbility to adapt to and learn new technologies and software quickly is requiredWorking knowledge of affiliate marketing within legal lead generation industry is preferredExperience working with large scale lead generation accounts is preferredBenefits You'll Receive:
