Hiring Bonus of up to $1,000 for selected candidate!Position Summary:This position coordinates the production of graphics utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software for the development of high impact graphics for marketing and business development. The position includes graphic design projects such as web design, document production, maps and exhibit production, presentation graphics and boards, internal and external mailings, organizational charts, covers, and other various pieces to support the company's marketing and business development efforts.
Duties IncludeAssisting with general office administrationCoordination with Project Managers and subconsultants of the firm to obtain content for proposalCopying, Binding, and ShippingOccasionally provide courier duties to deliver proposals to meet submission deadlinesExhibit and Document Production for Strategic PursuitsSchedule meetingsMaintain inventory of office suppliesOther duties as the Management may, from time to time, deem necessary.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlinesAvailability to work overtime when necessaryProficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Proficient in Adobe Creative CloudStrong communication and organizational skillsStrives in a fast-paced, action oriented, and self - starter environmentPerforms such other duties as the Department Supervisor may, from time to time, deem necessary.Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelExcellent communications skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team playerPreferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of Graphic design and layout designBachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or equivalent.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (to include InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Muse, and Premier).Bonus Skill: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (i.e.: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
