Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing strategy, execution, and analysis. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills to drive our digital marketing initiatives and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and ***nerate leads.

- Campaign Mana***ment: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve results. Provide regular reports to senior mana***ment on key metrics and insights.

- Bud***t Mana***ment: Mana*** the digital marketing bud***t, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

- SEO and SEM: Guide SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive paid search traffic.

- Social Media Mana***ment: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase enga***ment and grow our follower base on platforms like LinkedIn etc

- Email Marketing: Guide and Influence email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and tar***t audiences.

- Project Mana***ment:- Plan, coordinate, and mana*** digital marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within bud***t.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and communicate these to stakeholders.- Utilize project mana***ment tools to track progress, mana*** resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.- Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed project status reports.- Campaign Setup:- Work closely with the team to set up and configure marketing campaigns, ensuring all technical aspects are correctly implemented.- Mana*** campaign timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring all elements are aligned and executed flawlessly.- Dashboard Creation:- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.- Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and dashboard outputs.- **Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing- Skills:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to mana*** multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in setting up and managing marketing campaigns and dashboards.
