Are you passionate about creating content, and have strong digital marketing skills? Summit Credit Union is seeking a Website Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be a key partner for the website management process including: planning, content, UX, optimization, and analysis. Ensuring that our brand is reflected and business goals are highlighted in alignment with the style guide is essential. The ideal candidate is a modern marketer, using data to leverage a myriad of tools to improve website experience and ensure that it is an asset for member management.

Essential Functions:

Maintains content on Summit Credit Union's website.Align and integrate web content with the larger marketing programs and promotions needs.Develop an understanding of our members and their digital journeys to deliver optimized and personalized web experiences.Measures and reports on website performance against goals.Leverage analytics (site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to test page performance and content to analyze program impact and optimize marketing efforts.Develop recommendations for and proactively advise on best practices for web content, usability, SEO, features, mobile accessibility, enhancements and capabilities.Be the website product owner, working with an agile cross-functional team to develop scalable and sustainable web operations, set priorities, and effectively leverage available resources to drive business results.Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent work experience4 years’ experience working in digital and/or web marketing.Deep understanding of website best practices for content and user experienceExperience ensuring web presence adheres to brand style and voice; ADA guidelines; and financial regulations.Solid knowledge of web metrics and digital analytics with the ability to generalize, analyze, interpret, communicate, present and take action on data and outcomes.Experience with web performance measurement tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Lighthouse and Optimize, HotJar, Siteimprove, SEM Rush or other similar programs.Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization monitoring, review and recommendations and implementation.Experience measuring, tracking and optimizing web content to business objectives.Excellent communication skills with ability to converse fluently and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teamsAbility to work in agile teamsAbility to conceptualize and implement A/B tests.Ability to stay in-the-know on emerging digital trends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and dataEffectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Must be able to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of businessAbility to prioritize multiple deadlines while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks efficiently.Detail-oriented, superior organizational skills and well-versed in using project management tools.Demonstrated ability to create project plans with tasks and timelines, updating stakeholders along the way and coordinating project completion.Growth mindset with a can-do attitude.Experience using Contentful, Segmint and/or Salesforce Personalization a plus.Familiarity with credit unions and financial institution compliance practices preferred.
