Marketing Coordinator

We are adding an experienced and creative Marketing Coordinator to our team. As we progress in fulfilling our vision of becoming the preeminent builder of complex wastewater construction projects, we seek a creative type who is ready to assemble winning proposals with municipalities, local and federal governments, and design engineers. With our annual revenue exceeding $100 million, you will work towards perfecting our proposal process and sufficiently marketing our expertise and capabilities to our clients across the eastern seaboard.You will join our Business Development team to support the execution of marketing strategies for the procurement of new contracts. You will use your passion for marketing, keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate various marketing activities to create engaging and powerful content that produces winning proposals. As your work enables our growth, your role will expand to take on more responsibility and move your career forward.Key Responsibilities:Proposal Preparation and Submission:Assist in the preparation and submission of ACE proposal documents:Prequalification packagesStatement of qualificationsResponses to requests for interestProposalsMarketing Document Development:Assist in the development and updating of ACE marketing documents:Company brochuresClient testimonial packagesResumesProject fact sheetsWebsite copyBusiness Development Activities:Assist in coordinating conferences and expos eventsManage and create content for social media postsConduct market research and analysisRequirements:Proficiency in graphics and layout design, preferably using Adobe InDesignStrong content generation skills, including the creation of images and textDiligence in ensuring conformance to solicitation requirementsMeet ACEOver the last 20 years, we have steadily grown and we are consistently ranked a Top 200 Environmental Contractor by Engineering & News Record (ENR).
