All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.ResponsibilitiesDefine and develop sales goals and implementing initiatives to increase salesManage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnelLead sales team members to build quality relationships with customersDrive alignment with other company departments, such as marketing or finance, to offer customer supportDeveloping strategies for increasing market shareProviding training and professional development to the sales teamEnsuring that sales team members follow up with potential customersGenerating reports and data for sales analysisHandling escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales teamRoutinely meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needsRecruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performanceIdentify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling themEnsure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progressDevelop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meetGenerate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performanceOptimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usabilityManage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotasPartner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing resultsDevelop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.Present proposals and report-outs to management and our founders about marketing goals and resultsAttend 10-20 Conferences/Exhibits annuallyQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or related field required5+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing and advertisingProven track record in producing clear, persuasive, and concise presentations and analysisExceptional communication skills to provide leadership to a team and support customersAbility to lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the saleStrong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT servicesComprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the teamInterpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and people within the organizationExtensive mentoring and leadership qualities to train and develop sales team membersAbility to lead by example and act with integrityExcellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practicesDemonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEOAbility to travel to conference and meet with customers
