Salem Clinic is actively hiring for a new full-time Digital Media and Recruiting Coordinator role. The person in this role will assist with enhancing our online presence across various platforms driving the strategy that raises awareness and creates professional recruitment leads.

Collaborate with the marketing and recruiting teams to build and execute digital media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.Generate, edit and publish consistent content that builds meaningful connections with a special focus on professional recruiting.Take and edit high-quality photos and videos to be used across various digital channels.Proof read and revise written materials.Maintain candidate database and strategic communication cadence.Assist in identifying, planning and documenting participation in internal and community events; coordinate gathering images, videos and quotes from others.Participate in developing, building and maintaining relationships with diverse recruitment contacts, referral organizations and talent acquisition resources.Act as a primary liaison to the medical director assisting with a variety of organizational tasks.Qualifications:

Exceptional oral and written communication skillsProactive approach to relationship buildingSocial media expertiseStrong photography and videography skills, including editing (portfolio required)Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for contentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry software (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.)Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is preferred
