Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Marketing ManagerLocation: RemotePay range: $50/hr on W2

We're looking for a talented individual who can dive into campaigns with enthusiasm, creativity, a sense of ownership, and who will work collaboratively with other members of our team.

Minimum qualifications:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign GTM strategy, or integrated marketingDemonstrated ability to deliver strategy in digital marketing landscapeExcellent project management abilityStrong formal and colloquial communications skillsGreat attention to detail, highly organized, and brings an understanding of how to motivate, inspire and manage teams to deliver business critical results.Experience partnering with designers and creative partners to develop visual assets for various campaignsAbility to collaborate effectively within a team and across organizational and team boundaries.Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-changing environment.Proven record for data-driven decision making, innovative approaches and smart risk taking.Highly preferred experience and skills:

Digital marketing in retail or ecommerceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, business, or marketingAbility to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of stakeholders.Big picture problem solving - thrives in ambiguity and has keen ability to identify gaps/overlaps across teams/orgs and projects.Typical Day in the Role

Purpose of the Team: The Digital Direct Traffic and Campaigns team is responsible for the strategy and campaign management of all Microsoft Store seasonal and consumer campaigns, as well as analyzing channel traffic to inform and refine channel strategic approaches.Candidate Requirements

Years of Experience Required: 8-10overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or certifications required: degree is preference for this role / searching more on hard skillsBest vs. Average: Ideally we are looking for someone with an expansive project management background that has experience working with highly functional teams. It would be great to have someone who has previously worked for Microsoft but not a deal breaker.Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

Minimum 5+ years' experience with Project Planning and Scheduling: Proficient in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.Minimum 5+ years' experience with Communication Skills: Proficient in effectively communicating with stakeholders, team members, and leadership across multiple disciplines.Minimum 5+ years' experience with Time Management: Efficiently managing time of others to ensure project deadlines are met.Management areas could include but are not limited to:

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for Microsoft.com that align with overall business objectives and target audiences globally. Campaigns include January Sale, Graduation, Black Friday and Count Down.Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of campaigns.Develop strategic briefs that are informed by the Microsoft business, competitive landscape and align to customer segmented approach.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, social, search, creative, and analytics to develop campaign messaging, assets, and strategies.Lead cross-team alignment with outbound channel partners and other cross-Microsoft teams to develop campaign go-to-market strategies that will come to life across all channels.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure successful collaboration, alignment, and buy-in on campaign goals and objectives.Work effectively through an influence model at all levels of the organization, including obtaining senior management and cross-team alignment and buy-in on plans to execute.Develop communications to inform wider Microsoft and senior leadership teams of campaign approach, creative, and marketing plans.Facilitate campaign updates and discussions in large groups, informing teams of critical upcoming milestones and campaign tracking.Guide global markets on strategy and execution to ensure effective execution across markets.
