Key Responsibilities:Project Management:

Lead meetings, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of assets. Handle multiple projects, stakeholders, and agencies concurrently.Data Analysis:

Perform both routine and ad hoc customer reporting and analysis. Excel proficiency is required to support data-driven decisions.Communication:

Maintain strong communication skills for both written and presentation formats. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Market Strategy:

Assist with the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including in-app product guides and product program launches at various stages (alphas, betas, general availability).Customer Advocacy:

Utilize primary and secondary research to understand customer segments and markets, and share insights with internal teams.Sales Enablement:

Support sales enablement efforts by partnering closely with marketing and training teams to enhance both internal and external awareness and education.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent alignment and execution across product management, marketing, and sales.Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Results-oriented with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).Preferred Experience:

Expertise in the adtech, martech, and related technology ecosystems, including digital media, SaaS, and agencies.Experience with Pendo.Strong understanding of advertising platforms, frameworks, and technologies used by advertisers and brands.

Ideal Candidate:

A revenue-driven project manager with experience in digital advertising or advertising SaaS products. Must be adept at complex data analysis and possess a solid understanding of the AdTech ecosystem. The role requires handling a high volume of work, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $78/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
