ABOUT THIS ROLELVT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product Marketing with a strong engineering background and a proven track record in both software and hardware domains. This leadership role will be responsible for driving our product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, and enhancing our market position. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.

RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and other stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.Craft compelling product positioning and messaging.Create and maintain detailed buyer personas.Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, datasheets, case studies, competitive analysis).Lead go-to-market plans for product launches and updates.Oversee creation of product collateral (website content, brochures, videos, whitepapers).Coordinate demand generation campaigns with the marketing team.Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.Conduct win/loss analysis.Advocate for customer needs in product development.Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team.Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of product marketing experience, with significant leadership roles.Strong engineering background with experience in both software and hardware environments.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear marketing messages.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives.Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.Innovative and creative mindset.Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.WHY JOIN US
