The Director of Channel Marketing is a critical driver in synthesizing complex national wholesale accounts with sales enablement activities for a sustainable sales solution-with an experienced, practical approach for integrating the Moultrie brand identity with the sales team's activities is critical to the success of the marketing strategy. S/He will be responsible for identifying new strategic shifts within our current and new wholesale/B2B relationships and influencing our go-to-market strategy based on timelines and requirements from retailers. The Director of Channel Marketing must demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and product positioning skills, thrive in an ambiguous environment, and drive impact across teams.Responsibilities:

Act as a solutions consultant for POS strategy for all significant wholesale accounts-develop, deliver, and refine the structural design integrity for an influential brand presence for POS or shop-in-shop solutions.Develop and maintain a third-party sales training agency for testing the opportunities for channel growth-evaluate, report, refine, and scale with the assistance of the VP of Sales and GM.Develop COOP strategies with the VP of Sales (sales team members) and create a structured program with the creative marketing services team to develop and envision the best, flexible solution for significant accounts.Envision opportunities to bring the brand forward in all aspects of retail options: banners, POS, e-commerce, product detail pages, syndications for reviews, photography, video, in-store promotions, and seasonal events.Analyze retail trends globally to position Moultrie for the future of retail. Innovate our retail sections so that we can own the space rather than rent.Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Sr. Director of Brand (creative marketing services team) to develop all assets to align with the brand identity and tone of voice-creative retail campaign development to drive uniqueness behind the Moultrie brand history beyond the mission statement.Partner with marketing services for any promotional item requests-all requests related to giveaways or any activity featuring the brand.Communicate channel marketing (sales) seasonal timelines and requirements to go to market successfully.Oversee the interactive events strategy for tradeshows and in-person consumer events-integrate the Brand Experience Manager and other representatives into the system to deliver a top-notch brand experience.Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Sr. Brand Director (agency partners) for all structural design requests-tradeshow booth and event booth materials.Be proactive in co-developing the go-to-market strategy for Moultrie related to channel requirements.Support channel partners with communications materials such as displays, advertising, and product training.Keep current on market trends, industry standards, competitors, and customers; use the acquired insights to influence product pricing, packaging, competitive responses, and development decisions along the product's roadmap.In collaboration with the Sr Director of Brand, drive our position in an increasingly competitive market by creating clear value props, messaging, and positioning for product lines and target segments to maximize sales and strengthen competitive positioning.Partner with Brand to create collateral, graphics, and other support for tradeshows; attend trade shows and other promotional events to promote partner programs.Support channel partners with communications materials such as displays, advertising, and product training.Monitor each channel's performance and assess each regularly for sales and revenue growth.Develop corrective actions to potential competitive threats.Establish KPI targets across all sales channels, analyze and report results, and improve recommendations.Report on competitor activity - to include other brands and retailers.Manage channel marketing budgets and track sales and revenue growth-new product commercialization results.Co-lead with sales, a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.Experience working in an environment where discretion regarding sensitive or confidential information was required.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field; or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience as a Channel Marketer overseeing national wholesale accounts in the outdoor industry.Experience creating and utilizing sales enablement tools at scale.Detail and deadline-oriented mindset, self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks.Outdoors enthusiast who has industry experience or is knowledgeable about hunting.2+ years of professional experience in subscription-based business; able to speak to this area.The knowledge base for current and future trends in the hunting (outdoor) marketplace to keep the marketing moving forward with innovation in retail.Possess effective project management and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.The ability to manage a budget for promotions, merchandising, tradeshows, and advertising.Critical thinking and problem-solving ability: synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions.Technical Skills:

Adobe XD or others for collaborating on files with the creative team.Fluent in Asana and able to communicate, develop projects, and maintain workload with the creative team to achieve deadlines.MacOS experience preferred but flexible.Financial/ERP background for processing orders at trade or consumer shows-CS related training to maintain order consistency.
