As a Sr. Director of Marketing, you will own and oversee the day-to-day operations of Moultrie Marketing, increasing B2B effectiveness and accelerating consumer acquisition, generating more Moultrie Ecosystem users.

Responsibilities:

Brand:

Develop and execute brand strategy, look, and feel, utilizing internal and external resources. Ensure Marketing and other departments remain in alignment with Brand standards.Creative Direction:

Oversee the Head of Marketing Operations, ensuring the Creative Team and Agency partners execute a disruptive, and share capturing, creative execution.Community Management:

Oversee Head of Marketing Operations, ensuring the Sr. Communications Manager, Field Team Manager, and supporting agencies capturing high performing ambassadors (paid and unpaid) to represent Moultrie. Evaluate weekly/monthly metrics and counsel time on Keep/Add/Cut strategy.Event Management:

Oversee Head of Marketing Operations, ensuring Events Manager participates in top national and regional events, and portrays Moultrie in the spirit of the Brand Strategy (mentioned above).MoultrieProducts.com:

Oversee Head of Digital, ensuring website design and experience aligns with Brand Strategy, driving targeted FY revenue.Lifecycle Marketing:

Oversee Head of Digital, ensuring Moultrie Lifecycle Marketing replicates best-in-class subscription companies like AG1, Peloton, StitchFix, HelloFresh, and others.Social Marketing:

Oversee Head of Digital, ensuring Social Team increases engagement, community size, and executes a productive and profitable affiliate program in alignment with FY budgeting.

Basic Qualifications

:10+ years of experience as a Director or VP of Sales and/or Marketing or similar.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar relevant field.Proven track record of successful sales and marketing leadership in the consumer products industry.Preferred Skills/Qualities

:

Strong understanding of retail distribution, including relationships with major retailers in sporting goods industry.Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and high standard for excellence.Love for the outdoors.
