Please note:
This role is an on-site/hybrid position. You will be required to be on-site Monday-Thursday and you are able to work remotely on Fridays . Please do not apply unless you are local to the Orlando, FL area.
Responsibilities:Supports Product Design teams with the routing and processing of product approvals, coordinating communication with internal and external partners and general administrative support.Initiate and support product approval processes, maintain database, assist with tracking and routing during all stages of development.Provide guidance, user support and product submission training for our PLM system usersManage e-mail aliases for asset requests and general communication to cross functional partnersProcess incoming samples (open boxes, entering system data, and delivering to the team)Manage all outgoing shipments, maintaining mailing lists and providing tracking informationFile samples and assist in the maintenance of product storageProcess and track shipping invoices and other invoices as neededAssist with scheduling onsite and offsite design meetings and oversee logistics for large scale eventsCreate and review a wide variety of documents such as organization lists, tracking forms, and various confidential documentsCoordinate and compile merchandising requests from various internal and external partnersProvide additional tactile support for the Product Design teams as neededBasic Qualifications:
High school graduateStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent administrative and organizational skillsStrong computer software skills (e.g. Google Suite, Mac Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro, Google Suite, Concur and Adobe Creative Suite a plus)Preferred Qualifications
PLM - Project Management programexperience and comfortabilty working on a MACAA Degree
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.05 to $31.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
