Responsibilities

Working under supervision of the Director, Brand and Integrated Marketing, the Marketing Communications Manager creates and executes marketing communications for assigned corporate projects to help us tell the Connection story using your established communications, collaboration, and project management skills. The Communications Manager supports key organization initiatives and works alongside Human Resources, Marketing and Executive leadership. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality communications to educate, engage, and inform employees about our culture, purpose, programs, and activities, as well as delivering external facing communications where appropriate. The Communications Manager is able to conceptualize and deliver communications solutions; develop and implement effective communication plans and deliverables in support of internal and external communication goals; and disseminate messaging across multiple platforms to drive engagement and promote our culture, values, and mission.

Qualifications

Develops and implements internal employee communications that aligns with Connection's corporate strategy and to increase employee awareness and knowledge of the mission, culture, values, programs, and activities.Plans and distributes communications, internally and externally including email, website, intranet, internal and external social posts, digital and printed signage, etc.Scans for new trends and approaches for effective employee communications and tools.Prepares metrics reports to help evaluate the effectiveness of communications and inform communication decisions.Develops, executes, and provides support for communications plans, tactics, and events to support a variety of strategic initiatives; such as employee development programs, employee value propositions, wellness, compensation, benefits, and work-life initiatives, and other change-management programs.Partners with HR, Facilities, and Marketing to support internal employee events.Assists HR with recruiting for job postings and marketing materials to engage potential employees and establish an employer brand.Builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Company to drive connection and coordination across communications.Assists with research to generate insights about employee needs and preferences.Manages planning and execution of company branding campaigns including IT Superhero Awards, Connection Cares, and other priority initiatives as assigned.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline.Minimum of 5 years experience working in marketing.This role may be based in our Merrimack, NH office or remote.
