The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for integrating and optimizing all marketing campaigns for a $40m marketing budget to drive operational excellence. This role will oversee the process and technology infrastructure within the marketing department. The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will lead a dynamic team, manage complex marketing projects, and ensure seamless campaign execution and client communication. This role is responsible for the marketing operational processes and procedures, lead attribution structure, and ensuring the accurate flow of information through the funnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Oversee strategic marketing initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and sub-function leaders.Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.Perform audits, improve current processes, and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.Review, design, and execute improvements to marketing processes and procedures, identify knowledge and skills gaps, and implement solutions.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing partners and communicate results to leadership.Build and implement an operational framework that accelerates the marketing team's ability to scale.Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, accounting, and fulfillment to manage impactful projects.Independently drive operationally focused projects to enhance scale and speed.Plan, build, and implement small to large End-to-End processes.Develop and maintain a robust lead attribution structure to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leads through the marketing funnel.Ensure the accurate flow of information through the marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion.Work directly with external vendors to ensure consistent business operations.Other duties as assigned.SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education & Experience : Bachelor's Degree, 8-10 years of progressive responsibility in marketing operations, email marketing campaigns, lead scoring and CRM flow, and digital demand generation. At least 4 years of experience managing a content management system (CMS) and deploying digital content campaigns across various channels. Proven experience in supervising a diverse marketing team. Any equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer Skills:

Minimum of 5 years' experience with digital analytics platforms. Proficient with Google AdWords, Google Local Services, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Digital Audio, OTT, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Unbounce, WordPress, DSP, Liveramp, and Office 365.Thompson Creek offers a generous benefits package including:

Pay: $130,000-$175,000 annually
