Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:Drive innovation strategy and roadmap for select Nature Made need statesLead cross-functional teams in the development of innovative new products guiding pre discovery, discovery and concept validation processes and ensuring seamless technical and commercial hand-offs for executionPartner with Insights & Analytics, Brand Marketing, Science and R&D to develop a robust innovation roadmap for assigned need states in support of the brands ambitious growth plansPartner with Brand Marketing and Retail Sales to ensure innovation / new products are commercially viable and support as needed to deliver launchesFoster a culture of continuous discovery and experimentation through research and exploration to identify novel ingredients, formulations, and technologies to enhance the Nature Made portfolio of productsThe ideal candidate has at least eight years of business experience with a minimum of four years in innovation-related roles. In addition, they will have worked in the consumer packaging goods (CPG) industry for at least four years. They have proven success in creating, developing, and launching innovation in the market. They will have strong financial acumen and have exceptional team leadership experience.

Four-year college or university degree. MBA is preferred8+ years business experience, post college educationManagerial experienceProven ability to lead and sell cross-functionally

Annual Pay
Annual Pay Range$184,808.00 - $277,365.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
