The
Manager, Retail Marketing (Uqora)
will support our continued expansion into omni-channel. This role will be key in partnering to understand each retailer's needs while creating effective marketing plans that will serve to attract customers and create memorable customer experiences across various touchpoints in store and digitally while remaining true to the brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for co-developing and executing strategic marketing plans that are tailored to Uqora and our retail partner needs including: product launches, point-of-purchase merchandising solutions, digital, promotions, loyalty programs and other in-store activationsDevelop and maintain a robust Retail Marketing calendar including promotions, loyalty programs and other communications that align with Uqora marketingIdentify new opportunities and execute marketing activities to help drive awareness and velocitiesAnalyze data, maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market to identify needs for new products, and make recommendationsWork closely with sales account managers, retail leader, Uqora brand and growth marketing teams. Create and lead integrated marketing plans that are effective and maximize ROISupport the onboarding of new accounts and launchesAssist with the creation of presentations for external and internal meetings.Be our in-house expert on online retail media strategy. Lead efforts across retailers and create a long-term strategy for our online retail marketing efforts. Provide expertise and measurement on effectiveness of retail media, collaborating with Uqora's retail marketing lead and our growth marketing team. This includes defining retail performance media plans with the strategic purpose of incremental sales and ROIManage retail online agencies in terms of campaign delivery, strategy, briefing, measurement KPI goal settingSet clear KPIs and manage reporting alongside our retail online agency partners to effectively measure Retail eComm marketing performance. This includes, but isn't limited to tracking ROAS, CPCs, CVR & CTROther responsibilities as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and 4+ years of marketing experienceExperience in developing and managing Retail marketing campaigns and promotionsExpert at online retail media and digital shelf best practices for retail.com. Comfortable with performance/lift campaign analysisExperience at a high-growth start-up ideally in CPG or Health / Wellness preferredExperience with Circana or Nielsen preferredHighly organized with exceptional project management skills and ability to drive alignment between key stakeholdersHave led retail.com marketing efforts for brands sold through major retailersAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively to achieve meaningful resultsPowerpoint and ExcelStrong analytical skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAdditional Requirements:
Flexible hybrid work environment, with in-office presence at our La Jolla, CA office required on Wed-Thurs.Strong interest in women's health and a belief in Uqora's mission.

Annual Pay
Annual Pay Range$93,788.00 - $153,340.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
