What's the opportunity?Axle Logistics is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. As a Graphic Designer at Axle, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our brand identity, convey complex ideas through visual storytelling, and play a vital role in enhancing our market presence.What does the position require?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to marketing materials, presentations, infographics, social media assets, and website content.Translate concepts and ideas into impactful and cohesive designs that align with Axle Logistics' brand guidelines and messaging.Create and maintain visually stunning and user-friendly website layouts, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.Develop graphics, icons, and illustrations that enhance content and effectively communicate messages to target audiences.Produce eye-catching visuals for social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital platforms, consistently driving engagement and brand recognition.Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices, infusing fresh and innovative ideas into our creative projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and design creative, high-quality branded merchandise.Provide creative support in various design-related tasks, such as photo editing, image retouching, and layout adjustments.
What is Axle looking for?Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.Preferred experience in short-form video editing, bringing dynamic motion graphics and visual storytelling to our digital content.Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, ensuring fresh and innovative design solutions.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and strong conceptual skills.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, to collaborate effectively within a team.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.Experience in UI/UX design and web development is a plus.Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry or a willingness to learn is beneficial.
