What is Axle looking for?Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.Preferred experience in short-form video editing, bringing dynamic motion graphics and visual storytelling to our digital content.Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, ensuring fresh and innovative design solutions.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and strong conceptual skills.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, to collaborate effectively within a team.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.Experience in UI/UX design and web development is a plus.Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry or a willingness to learn is beneficial.
