Job Description

As Manager of Product Marketing and Programming, you will contribute to the overall integrated product strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and the adoption of our solutions. This role will assist in leading a team of product marketers while driving the strategy for bringing ATPCO's products and solutions to market. You will serve as spokesperson and subject matter expert for the products and drive marketing decision-making while further differentiating the product within the industry. This role requires proven storytelling expertise, strategic thinking, business acumen, collaboration, and a passion for the customer. This position will have an integral role in the company's event programming strategy for our hosted events, specifically ATPCO's annual Elevate conference that brings together 400 airline and aviation executives and ATPCO's annual customer focused meetings.

You Will:Focus on providing thought leadership and guiding the product marketing team in the right direction for the success of the product(s)Lead tactical execution planning for the marketing of products and guide decision making when necessarySupport the strategy development of go-to-market campaigns by leveraging consumer insights, content marketing, social/web/email platform marketing, ABM (account-based marketing), partner marketing, and other tactics depending upon campaign goalsCollaborate across internal divisions to build and own the messaging and positioning frameworks, value prop, and associated materials for ATPCO products, to amplify ATPCO's storytelling and brand visibilityStrategize with the marketing team to create compelling event messaging and programming, coordinate with sales to leverage events for lead generation, and work with product teams to showcase products and solutions effectivelyDemonstrate high level organizational skills to drive successful end-to-end event programming - from the big picture down to the finest details to enhance customer relations and demonstrate ROIEnsure each division's efforts come together to deliver a cohesive program and brand-enhancing event that meets our overall business objectivesThe Ideal Candidate:

A dynamic marketer who brings discipline but also an innovative perspective to the rolePrior work experience in product marketing and B2B events and conferencesDemonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills, as well as external-facing presentation skills and experienceAbility to work effectively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization from senior leadership to frontline staffAbility to manage and lead a team to deliver peak performanceAbility to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability in using data to build and present business cases to key stakeholdersStrong storytelling skills, being able to take complex thoughts and ideas and communicate them effectivelyKnowledge and passion for the airline industry is preferredBachelor's degree in business marketing, communications, or relevant field of study

Salary Range: USD $122,000 - $150,000
