Position Overview: As a Marketing Assistant at MG Moving Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:



Content Creation:

Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. •

Social Media Management:

Help manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including creating posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement. •

Email Marketing:

Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote services, special offers, and company updates. •

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies, providing insights to the marketing team. •

Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals. •

Graphic Design:

Collaborate with Marketing Team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets. •

Event Coordination:

Help organize and promote company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. •

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing reports. •

Inventory Management:

Keep track of promotional inventory for all 4 locations, and order items when needed. This includes trade show items, clothes, packing labels and other related needs involved in the ordering process. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field is preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content management tools. • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. • Strong interest in the moving and relocation industry is a plus. Compensation: $44,000 - $50,000 yearly
