Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn the ins and outs of the field. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing various campaigns, coordinating events, managing social media, and performing administrative tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and traditional).Help manage and update the company's social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.Support event planning, including coordinating logistics, vendor communication, and promotional materials.Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management.Maintain and update the customer database and marketing distribution lists.Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing calendars.Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a creative mindset.Benefits
