Marketing Manager

to join its dynamic sales and marketing team in the Dallas, Texas headquarters. The ideal candidate should have analytical skills for market analysis as well as creative capabilities for the promotion aspects needed.You will be responsible for leading a small team focused on analytical work for sales, market share, and market research as well as promotional focus for tradeshow management, literature, web-site, and dealer promotion support.Job Responsibilities:The ideal candidate is customer-centric with a focus on great responsiveness to internal and external customers while always looking to improve the capabilities and processes. While leading a two person team, the following summarizes the responsibilities:Upstream MarketingGreat responsiveness to internal and external customers while always looking to improve the capabilities and processesOrganize and maintain information to support the fiscal business plans and sales forecast developmentCollect information and data to produce consolidated weekly and monthly reportsAdminister system price changes as well as adding new product pricingSupport the CRM system to ensure value within HensleySupport and continuous improvement of Hensley's Customer PortalProvide recommendations based on data collection and analysis to support business decisions within the sales teamDownstream MarketingCreate and design new and updated promotional materials (literature, videos, advertising, mailers)Provide dealer support and materials for ads and marketing campaignsMaintain and update Hensley's website with company and product news and updatesAdminister Hensley's promotional merchandise/giveawaysLead tradeshow coordinationSupport the creation and improvements of Hensley training materialsCreate and oversee Hensley's company and product branding and style guideDesired Skills and Experience4-year bachelor's degree (business, marketing, or similar field)Strong leadership skills are a must, a minimum of 5 years management experience in marketing.At least 7 years working with B2B Digital Marketing in the USADemonstrated team building skillsProficiency with Office; Adobe Design Software, WebsitesHaving a Salesforce certification is an advantage.Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Power BIStrong analytical marketing (sales reports, data manipulation/queries, market researchAble to successfully manage multiple prioritized projects with a sense of drive and strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
