Doeren Mayhew is seeking a creative and proactive
Senior Graphic Designer
to join our Marketing Group in the Troy, MI office. Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Marketing and Graphics Manager, this role will play an integral part in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services, drive brand awareness and engagement by creating impactful design assets that support our marketing efforts across various platforms both internally and externally. This role requires one to work in the office at least four days per week.
RESPONSIBIITIES:
Produce compelling content that aligns with the firm's strategic branding and marketing initiatives, including illustrations and info graphics.Effectively translate marketing and branding strategies into engaging and creative content for digital and print materials.Create strong digital context, including video and animated advertising and social posts.Research current design trends and emerging technologies in design field and present findings to Senior Marketing & Graphics Manager.Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or other related field.3 - 5 years of graphic design experience.Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, PowerPoint and Adobe required.Proficiency in digital content, including HTML animation and video editing.Strong aesthetic skillsPortfolio demonstrating ability to create impactful marketing assets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrable writing, grammar and editing/proofreading skills.Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.Strong professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels within the firm.
