Job Purpose:

The Senior Director - Marketing will take a leadership, planning and executional role over marketing for key GSM brands - including web, digital, traditional advertising, sponsorship agreements, events, social media, website and brand development.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel marketing campaigns for key GSM brands.Monitor and report on the implementation and performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, including both paid and earned.Manage external agency and internal resources to drive paid, owned and earned media strategies for key GSM brands.Liase with brand managers and other marketing team members to strategize, plan and execute product and brand launches.Liase with internal and external teams to implement best practices and growth strategies across high priority web and D2C properties including baits.com and the HuntStand Gear Store.Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive strategy to maximize pro-staff, influencers and event sponsorship.Manage, build and lead a high performance team of marketers.Requirements
