This role works collaboratively with other creative team members, vendors, cross functional partners and internal/external clients to provide world-class design solutions across a variety of platforms, channels and audiences.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will meet with business development professionals to make strategic design decisions to increase the quality of the deliverables that attract, win, and retain business relationships. You’ll also provide design direction and mentorship to more junior creatives within the marketing team and assist in leading-out in project management. Your design helps keep CBRE at the forefront of global commercial real estate.

This job is a part of the Marketing functional area, which focuses on designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs to support the organization’s products and services.

What You'll Do:

Attend meetings with marketing, sales, and other creatives to ask questions that help clarify requirements to inform design concepts, mediums, and content. You’ll consult with the business, so they feel confident with the support marketing is providing.

Coach and guide junior creatives on creative trends, managing internal customers, and their designs. You will lead brainstorms and provide real-time feedback to assure projects are completed to the standards of the team and our brand.

Determine priorities and create. You are assessing what projects are ahead and actively figuring out ways to deliver that concept and message.

Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience leading client interactions where you communicate and collaborate on design ideas with clients who may have a different vision.

Provide a portfolio upon application that includes a wide variety of creative solutions across multiple touchpoints (digital, experiential, print) for multiple brands with both strict and flexible brand guidelines. Corporate design expertise preferred.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
