Design team-provide user centered solutions for customer problems, Business problems, current goals, deliver the goals using the design systems. Need to think about the other ways to solve the problems. Influence and drive the solutions.Seller ads-

4 pillars with lead PM and engineers. Will live in the ads pillars. Focus more on displays for Client's search results. Creating an ads platform on social media so that the sellers can be reached by the customers. B2C or C2C is fine.Hard skills:

Time management, able to join different sessions. Use of Figma in design systems, create prototypes that can be used as user testing. Knowing how to be proactive, headed in the right direction.Nice to have:

The Role //

As a Designer at Client's on our Seller Advertising Experience team, you will help craft the future of this critical and foundational eCommerce touchpoint, working side-by-side with contributors from other disciplines to improve the end-to-end advertising experience for Client's Sellers. We will depend on you to build meaningful, collaborative relationships with our product and engineering partners, with a focus on craft of execution, creating innovative and intuitive solutions for our customers, and tackling Client's's more complex challenges through product discovery and design thinking.

Responsibilities //

Contribute to world-class, user-centered designs that solve for customer needs, deliver on business requirements, account for technical feasibility, and leverage future trends

Work with design leaders to ensure a cohesive user-experience across the product portfolio

Contribute to product discovery activities and collaborate on the future direction of the product with peers, researchers, design leaders, product partners, and engineers

Develop conceptual diagrams, information architecture maps, wireframes, visual mockups, lightweight specifications, prototypes and product demos that capture the team's shared understanding and document solutions to bring to market

Collaborate within a cross-functional product team as it works to identify and validate user problems, produce inventive and thoughtful solutions for users that also work for the business, and ships to market meaningful product updates that deliver tangible results

Qualifications //

5+ years of professional experience in Product Design and UX

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of product design work across web-based applications, consumer experiences, and mobile devices

Experience driving product design for end-to-end projects and a strong understanding of user-centered design processes in agile, cross-functional teamsProactive collaborator and communicator with a track record of high-performing teams and building strong, cross-functional partnerships

Hands-on experience in new product and concept development, including generative research, storyboarding, user-journey mapping, competitive analysis, prototyping, qualitative interviews and quantitative testing

Ability to synthesize together industry trends, internal and third-party research, team insights, business priorities and stakeholder feedback into actionable UX strategy and design prioritiesProven track record of self-direction, follow-through, and thoughtful contributorship in the face of ambiguity and complex operating environments

Hands-on experience in the e-commerce space, creating ad campaign management and marketing platform tools, or designing SaaS products for small businesses a plus

Degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communications or equivalent
