Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation for

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across all platforms.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
Hire / Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to improve their skills and output.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, preferably with experience in trading platforms, financial services, or e-commerce .
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
Understanding of financial trading concepts and terminologies.
