BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager 4 for an opportunity. Position Title: Marketing Manager 4 Location: Remote, USA Anticipated Start Date: [7/17/2024] Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration end date: 12/20/2024 Pay Range: [50] - [55] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Typical Day in the Role * Purpose of the Team: This role is basically a temporary backfill for someone on my team who's on maternity leave and they will have a portfolio of partners that they'll work with and mostly the accountable for interacting with the partner and the internal partner development managers helping manage their agreed marketing plan. * Key projects: Mix of strategy, execution, and operational management, kind of like project management * Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: - Project Management and Execution: This encompasses a significant portion of the role, with tasks such as managing a webinar series, coordinating with different teams, securing dates, and working on content with subject matter experts. The project management and execution tasks could account for approximately 40-50% of the workload. - Strategy Work: Strategy-related tasks, including internal and external meetings, might constitute about 15-20% of the role - Meetings: Both internal and external meetings are expected to take up around 30% of the time. - Operational Support and Budget Management: This includes managing marketing budgets, raising purchase orders (POs), and reviewing proof of execution, which could be considered under project management or as a separate category, potentially taking up 25% of the role if split evenly with project management and execution tasks. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field. * Would be awesome for candidates to provide portfolios or work samples, indicating it as "optional but preferred. Strong technical understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies. The ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments, along with excellent listening and partnering skills Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 5+ years experience with B2B marketing, with partner experience being ideal but not mandatory. 2. Minimum 4+ years experience with Experience in project management, marketing planning, and execution. 3.
