Our client, a global consulting company, is seeking an experienced

Marketing Manager

to lead marketing initiatives across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and Africa. They are dedicated to building long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding value.Salary/Hourly Rate:$125k - $135kPosition Overview:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating global marketing initiatives for health and security consulting. This role requires the development of an annual marketing plan and the management of strategic projects aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating B2B leads, and deepening client engagement. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the commercial team to execute digital and social media strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

Strategic Marketing Plan Development: Create and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to enhance brand visibility and increase client engagement across global markets.

Global Marketing Programs: Manage and execute global marketing programs focusing on key themes such as security intelligence, occupational health, mental health, well-being, and climate resilience.

Regional Campaigns: Assist the regional teams in launching new or enhanced consulting products and services by developing localized roll-out campaigns.

Strategic Events: Plan and lead strategic events, including major conferences and client engagements, to align with the company's marketing objectives.

Brand Alignment and Content Development: Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce diverse content, including webinars, blogs, and infographics.

Market Intelligence and Client Insights: Implement market intelligence solutions to inform marketing strategies and regularly gather client insights to shape content themes and value propositions.

Measure and Optimize Marketing Efforts: Utilize marketing automation tools to track performance, conduct client satisfaction assessments, and design digital and social media campaigns for continuous engagement.

Qualifications of the Marketing Manager:

Extensive experience developing professional B2B marketing content, including articles, case studies, and multimedia formats.

5+ years in B2B marketing roles with budget responsibility and a proven track record of achievement. Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Experience in the professional services industry, with a background in a top-tier firm is preferred.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Eloqua, Salesforce, Sitecore, and InDesign).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment.

Education Requirements:

University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing) or equivalent experience.
