The overall delivery framework comprises of:Advisory:Providing clients with the global expertise and resources necessary to develop best-in-class risk mitigation and workplace programs. We also provide access to our medical and security experts to help build internal systems to best prepare, respond to and manage issues most critical to the organization .Programs:Providing clients with a market-leading suite of end-to-end advisory and management services. We also provide oversight of the client journey, inclusive of process and protocol finalization, to effectively engage clients, successfully implement their solutions, and position them for ongoing success.Managed Services:Providing select clients with customized solutions that might include services ranging from information analysis, assessment, service arrangement, forecasting and advisory.Overall Purpose of the JobThe Marketing Manager, North America, Europe and Africa, International SOS Consulting, is responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating key marketing initiatives globally for health and security consulting. This includes the creation of an annual plan and the management of strategic projects to drive brand awareness, achieve B2B lead generation and deepen client engagement. Activities will span from strategy to technical marketing execution, designing and driving the digital and social media space and project management hand-in-hand with the commercial agenda of the International SOS Consulting Practice. Our reputation lies in building lasting relationships with our clients and in delivering value in all we do, hence there is a strong brand ambassador component to this role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport International SOS Consulting in expanding its profile in key industry sectors and with clients, via an integrated multi-channel and content-led marketing approach that supports International SOS Consulting's priorities:Strategy & LeadershipImplement a strategic, actionable marketing and communication plan that enhances the International SOS Consulting brand and drives increased client engagement.Lead on the creation and execution of cross-cutting, global marketing programmes that advance our commercial objectives across key themes such as security intelligence, occupational health, mental health and wellbeing, climate resilience, etc.Provide support to regional consulting practices in positioning new or enhanced consulting products/services/solutions within the local context. Develop roll-out campaigns.Develop and lead a calendar of strategic events (speaking opportunities at major conferences, client events) to support the strategic plan.Act as a strategic partner to the business by ensuring a collective and inclusive approach in promoting International SOS Consulting activity globally and developing processes, assets and tools that enhance our approach to client marketing.Branding & ContentMaintain alignment with the International SOS and International SOS Consulting brand guidelines at all times, ensuring consistency of visual identity, message, and voice internally, externally, on- and offline.Develop a central repository of production quality marketing assets, templates and tools that can be utilised across the business to ensure more consistent communication of the International SOS Consulting brand and value proposition (proposals, PPT decks, credentials, capability statements, reports).Work closely with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and produce a range of marketing content of various formats including webinars, blogs, case studies, announcements, digital brochures/reports, social graphics, infographics, videos, or podcasts.Oversee the development, review and optimization of our consulting services page, case studies and related content on our corporate website in line with our SEO strategy.Identify and develop a pipeline of client impact stories that can be amplified across different channels and target audiences.Deliver quality thought leadership thinking to clients through newsletters, publications and collateral on health and security topics most relevant to them and in support of International SOS Consulting brand positioning.Ensure there is a continuous flow of content being developed for and published across our social media channels.Lead a process to gather client data/insight on a regular basis to shape International SOS Consulting content themes and articulate the value proposition.Marketing & CommunicationPut in place appropriate market intelligence solutions (competitor analysis, addressable market analysis, benchmarking) to inform International SOS Consulting marketing strategy and feed the Regional Engagement Directors and Regional Marketing Leads with actionable insights.Work with the regional consulting practices to support the delivery of a calendar of branded webinars designed to build International SOS Consulting presence and showcase our consulting capability; content linked to news agenda and ongoing client insights.Work with regional marketing teams to shape account-based marketing plans to ensure best-in-class engagement with our most valued clients.Use Eloqua as the International SOS Consulting marketing automation tool and report its success via and measure ROI.Work closely with Group PR to identify suitable opportunities for our SMEs to contribute to the current news agenda, by keeping abreast of world health and security issues.Define and implement regular client experience and satisfaction monitoring to enhance marketing content and campaigns.Track and report engagement across various platforms to make data-driven decisions and produce update reports for International SOS Consulting Leadership and Group Marketing.To design and drive the digital and social media marketing campaigns.Required CompetenciesCommunication: Actively listens and seeks information, identifies internal customer need and checks understanding, builds rapport, develops relationships with key internal and external customers, confidence in building relationships at all levels.Customer Orientation: Is focused on identifying and meeting customer needs. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where consensus is the norm.Required Work Experience7+ years in B2B marketing roles with budget responsibility and a track record of achievement; healthcare an advantage.Experience in the Professional Services Industry; top tier Big Four firm an advantage.Required QualificationsUniversity degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing), or equivalent.Travel RequirementsThis is a global role that will require travel up to 50%Required LanguagesFluent English skills (oral and written); other languages an advantage.
