Are you a proven performer, looking to join a team that is growing? Our Marketing Assistant position is a role focused on getting the word out to clients and prospects for our IT Security and Managed Services company. As a Marketing Assistant you will work for our CBO and Business Development team to get the word out to prospects and clients.

We serve clients in the MD/DC/NoVA region.
Working with the Business Development Team, job responsibilities include:
Assisting with Go-To-Market Strategy for New offerings
Targeted campaigns to existing clients and prospects using marketing automation tools.
List management
Maintaining marketing/sales data in Hubspot
Assisting with the development of webinars and other outreach
Research on big fish targets
Emergency Email Alerts to Clients, as needed.
Monitoring and Analyzing Opens and Click Rates for Emails
Website Uploads and Modification
Monthly Newsletter Production
Graphics Work
Editing/Creation Blogs and Newsletter Copy
Vendor Marketing Offerings/MDF Opportunities
Planning for Trade Shows
Knowledge and use of social media channels to build exposure and engagement
Other Duties as Assigned.
Helpful experience: knowledge of Mailchimp, Hubspot, WordPress.
