Our marketing team plays a critical role in this work by establishing Craft3 as a trusted and authentic brand, communicating with and advocating for our customers, and developing marketing and outreach strategy that supports our lending and development teams.As Marketing Program Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating Craft3's marketing activity in programs orchestrated in Tandem with external partners. This includes managing marketing activities for the BuildUp Oregon program, collaborating with other CDFI partners and the Craft3 team to drive engagement with early care and education providers and resource partners.This role will play a pivotal role in content creation at Craft3. You'll work closely with the Content and Creative Strategist to plan, create, and edit memorable, engaging, and visually compelling content to develop prospects, educate clients, cultivate referral sources, attract investors, and enhance the Craft3 brand. Supervision and feedback will focus on your development, aiming to help you strengthen your skills and support your learning and growth.Note: This position is dependent on grant funding that supports Craft3's work with BuildUp Oregon. We anticipate this program to run through June 2028.Your responsibilitiesThe workload for this role will be split between special programs like BuildUp Oregon (60%) and the Craft3 brand (40%). Essential duties and responsibilities will include:Program CoordinationCoordinate resources, marketing strategy, and campaigns for designated special programs, including but not limited to content creation, visual identity, and digital marketing.Engage and manage external program stakeholders.Content CreationCreate copy and content for marketing campaigns to educate, engage, and persuade a mix of audiences, including small business owners, consumers, referral sources, and investors for both special programs and Craft3.Engage external content writer(s) as needed.Visual IdentityLead efforts to apply and extend BuildUp Oregon's visual identity and ensure design is coherent, user-centered, visually engaging and effective at delivering information and key messages.Engage external graphic designer(s) as needed.Digital MarketingPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve targeted goals, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.Leverage digital platforms (social, email, webinar) to drive engagement with partners and prospects.Analyze campaign and tactic results using the program CRM HubSpot and external partner organization's CRM: Salesforce.Essential duties and responsibilities include some or all of the preceding; these are not, however, intended to be all-inclusive. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:Excellent program management, people, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Strong and varied writing skills to engage different audiences and meet key objectives.The willingness and ability to revise and edit your writing in response to feedback.An ability to question assumptions, solve problems, and make intentional choices that align with strategic objectives.Ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders from other business units or partner organizations.An understanding of graphic design, visual branding, and/or user-centered design.Deep curiosity and a desire and ability to learn new skills and seek out new challenges.Ability to adapt to changing processes and identify gaps and areas of improvement in existing processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional/Creative Suite, file share systems, HubSpot, and/or Webflow.The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.Your knowledge and experienceThree years' experience in communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, design, or equivalent of related field skills. Three years' experience in project or program management, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
