In this pivotal role, you will assist in expanding our reach to potential clients in need of our services, playing a crucial part in our firm's growth and success. As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies emphasizing community-based outreach and client relationships. You will support our firm's marketing efforts in this role and help us connect with potential clients. Responsibilities: • Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and client-facing communication. • Coordinate “existing client” marketing campaigns and client care, launching new client relationship projects. • Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, such as seminars, webinars, and community outreach programs. • Administer digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising. • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and internal goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
