The Amazon North America Retail team is seeking a proven, well-rounded, and highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and drive brand initiatives for our Hispanic Customers.

As a Sr. PMM in our team, you will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational bias; you will design and manage our brand for Hispanic Customers in the US, and you will have end to end ownership and provide direct visibility to senior leadership on all aspects of your roadmap on a regular cadence. You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working independently, be analytical and data driven, possess excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy the intellectual challenge associated with learning, launching, and evolving new initiatives. Your oral and written communication skills will be superlative and you will excel in stakeholder relationship management. You will be passionate about your work and see the strategic big-picture, yet be detail-oriented and organized. You will have proven leadership skills in a very fast-paced, highly demanding environment. You will work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Brand, Creative, Media and Insights as well as with Business stakeholders across Amazon, agencies and external companies.

The scope includes support and management of brand affinity and retail event campaigns, along with more focused and culturally-nuanced efforts, where you will provide strategic input, campaign leadership, cultural expertise and creative thinking. You'll be able to effortlessly pivot from designing and executing single channel campaigns to leading cross-channel, cross-functional programs, often simultaneously.

Key job responsibilities

• Build partnerships across Amazon teams to develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy for Hispanic customers

• Author and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and loyalty among US Hispanic Customers

• Develop and oversee Go-To-Market plans, ensuring they align with Amazon’s overall brand strategy and objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate digital and offline tactics.

• Create and manage Integrated Marketing Plans, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts across various channels to deliver cohesive brand messages.

• Write detailed creative briefs that define campaign objectives, key messages, target audience, and tone, ensuring all creative output aligns with Amazon’s brand identity and resonates with Hispanic Customers.

• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including awareness, perception, and engagement, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.

• Work closely with Digital Growth teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall brand goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent brand experiences.

• Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and cultural nuances of the US Hispanic customer. Leverage these insights to inform brand strategy and marketing campaigns.

• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints.

• Lead campaign and program alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders and global partners

• Work with internal partners to share learnings, identify multicultural insights, shape strategies and design & execute multicultural targeted campaigns for the US.

• Partner with Data Science and BI teams to size business opportunities, prioritize initiatives and measure success

• Work with Insights team to design learning agendas and assess campaign & program performance

• Oversee the translation and transcreation of Spanish-language creative across campaigns

• Co-own campaign & program budget management and adherence

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements including managing and measuring brand marketing performance in various channels

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

Experience developing, managing and scaling brand strategy across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership

Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent

Proficiency in both English and Spanish

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
