We believe in creating high-quality products that are both stylish and affordable.Job Description:We are looking for talented designers to join our team in two exciting roles: an Experienced Bag or Shoes Designer and an Entry-Level Technical Designer. If you have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Create innovative designs that align with current fashion trends and brand identity.Develop detailed sketches, prototypes, and technical drawings.Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.Source and select appropriate materials and trims.Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval.Qualifications:For Experienced Bag or Shoes Designer:Minimum of 5 years of experience in bag or shoe design.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in bag or shoe design.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD.Excellent understanding of materials, construction techniques, and production processes.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.For Entry-Level Technical Designer:Degree in fashion design, technical design, or a related field.Strong interest in fashion and technical design.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Benefits:Competitive salary (Experienced Designer starting at $60,000 per year, Entry-Level Designer starting at $42,000 per year).Health insurance on us.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and growth.
