Description

We’re seeking an exceptionally talented Product Marketer to lead strategic development of marketing programs, tools, and features that drive customer adoption and engagement. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has experience in both marketing and product marketing, and has excellent business judgment to deliver results in a rapidly evolving environment.

This Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with internal partners, including product and tech teams, to ideate, create, and execute customer-facing strategies and products, and guide those projects to completion to reach customer, order, and revenue goals. This will include creating complex project frameworks, analyzing results, and structuring scalable programs across Amazon-owned channels.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own key marketing programs end-to-end, analyze internal and industry data, and solve critical marketing gaps. This role is inherently cross-functional, working closely with internal partners, central marketing teams, selection, catalog, design, operations, finance, product, and executive teams.

Key job responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and optimize CX programs end-to-end

· Partner with product and tech teams to ideate, create and launch new CX features

· Drive customer trial and engagement across multiple marketing initiatives and projects

· Manage and execute marketing campaigns as well as go-to-market strategies

· Drive experiments to continuously improve efficacy and efficiency of marketing tactics

· Engage demand response plans to deliver volume in line with forecasts

· Own analysis and evaluation of program performance leveraging key business metrics

· Manage customer targeting, including segment creation and weblabs

· Develop data-driven customer insights that are actionable and impactful

· Support in-depth business reviews and present results and pivots to key stakeholders

· Earn trust at all levels through excellent communication and collaboration

· Prioritize effectively in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals

Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
