Visit and follow on Spotify to listen to past episodes.Hayworth seeks a Digital Media Specialist to support in social media content creation, content capture, social media marketing, digital marketing, website copy, website maintenance, coordination with interview guests, audio and video support, and the launch of new social strategies for audience engagement and community growth.Responsibilities+
On-site support with podcast recording; content and photography capture in support of promotion for each podcast episode+
Development of a consistent brand identity for episode covers, promotion and drops on social media, and creation of branded teasers, promotional reels, and calls-to-action to listen, like, and subscribe+
Ongoing management of content upload to The Haywire Webflow site, including development of episode blurbs, previews, and any pertinent articles relating to podcast content+
Development and publication of a monthly newsletter in promotion of The Haywire new episodes and web content; maintenance of Haywire newsletter database+
Coordination with podcast guests including invitation to participate, coordination of interview timing and location, and delivery of materials and assets for cross-promotion+
Long-term: Development of an ongoing content strategy and adaptation of Instagram assets for optimal success on TikTok; coordination across social media, newsletter, and LinkedIn to cross-promote the launch of the TikTok accountLocationMiami, FL (Hybrid)+
