for its Energy Portfolio Management (EPM) software portfolio. As product marketing leader, you will build and maintain a culture of tight collaboration with these key stakeholders.In this role, you will be responsible for the internal and external marketing of the EPM software portfolio, globally. Together, with global product management and sales leadership, you will drive the storytelling and content creation strategy for the portfolio. You will lead the Marketing and Communications strategy and planning process to ensure that the investment plan is optimized to achieve short- and long-term business objectives. You will partner with the global marketing and communications organizations - at the business and corporate level - to ensure that the EPM portfolio is well-represented and properly positioned, from digital presence to in person events.To support your vision and strategy, you are responsible for delivering and maintaining key documentation for the portfolio, including product messaging; value propositions; customer personas; competitive benchmarking and insights; core customer references. The content represented in these documents is what you will bring to life in the content delivery process, supported by your marketing and communication colleagues.In summary, in this role you will lead the foundational elements of the GPG's growth engine, in partnership with a cross functional stakeholder org. Join us and help us tell the Grid Automation story, sustainably.Your Responsibilities:Build relationships with cross-functional product leadership to drive interlock and alignment with the marketing and communications organization.Develop and recommend product positioning and promotional strategies to produce the highest possible long-term market share.Partner with Marketing and Communications - at the BU and corporate level - to deploy marketing and communications activities to achieve growth targets globallyResponsible for completing the portfolio's documentation library to support internal and external promotion and content creation. This includes, but is not limited to: product messaging/positioning/value props; customer personas; competitive benchmarking and insights;Responsible to build and lead the creation of, as well as to support the maintenance of, portfolio content in support of sales, marketing and communications: website, MarCom materials, core customer references; and sales enablement fundamentals.Lead the product launch strategy for the entire portfolio, ensuring to optimize resources internally, and maximize impact externallyEnsure EPM marketing and communications execution meets the highest quality of standards by driving consistency in messaging, and building optimal opportunities for positioning the portfolioMaintain a pulse of the market by reviewing research produced internally, as well as monitoring externally, to ensure proper adjustments are made to the marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.Responsible for ensuring the EPM portfolio garners resourcing required to meet marketing and communications objectivesLead the continuous evaluation of marketing and communications investments to fine tune the marketing mix, portfolio messaging, and positioning and take corrective action when necessary.Support the inclusion of the EPM portfolio in cross-functional and cross-BU conversation to ensure long-term potential of participation and representation in new market segments.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background:Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, communications, or business and 10-12 years' experience in product management or marketing. Strong technical acumen, with knowledge of industrial automation and communications required!Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.Language Skills:

Exceptional executive-level writing and presentation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.Data and Analytic Skills:

Experience in analyzing marketing and sales data and using metrics extensively to evaluate, demonstrate, and support decision-making. Hands-on experience with , Adobe Experience Manager and Analytics, AirTable, Power BI, and similar platforms and tools.Organizational skills:

Extensive experience in managing complex, long-range projects with multiple resources and stakeholders. Ability to navigate a fast-paced, complex, heavily matrixed global organization and earn exceptional levels of advocacy among collaborating teams and stakeholders.Travel:
