Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is hiring a dynamic Event Marketing Specialist for Local Marketing to enhance our brand and drive retail traffic. The ideal candidate will excel in brand management, digital marketing, planning, budgeting, and strategic thinking. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on innovative strategies to boost Boost's market engagement and retail presence, ultimately increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Report to Sr. Manager of Local Marketing and coordinate with various teams to achieve OKRs & KPIs.

Ideate, plan, promote, and execute quarterly marketing campaigns and local events.

Demonstrate product knowledge to consumers and grow market share in your territory.

Coordinate with the Regional Director of Sales to identify market opportunities and build an event calendar.

Develop relationships with local organizations and businesses for event partnerships.

Provide post-event evaluations, communicate updates to leadership, and ensure event accuracy and compliance.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience)

3 years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience

Experience selling wireless products or services is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in both English and Spanish

Ability to travel two weeks out of the month to attend market visits in the South Region

Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross-functionally with many departments and levels within the organization

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
